People are happiest when their life and work goals are perfectly aligned with their values.  This is especially important when you are considering significant life changes such as retirement, a change of direction or moving from the town to the country.

Planning your life when you move to a new area or away from work and your social circle is just as important as understanding what makes you happy and fulfilled. Whether you decide to start up a new business doing something you love or offer your services to society, your new life should align with your core values. We will be there to listen, acting as a sounding board while you may gain as much  by listening to others on the retreat as you do by expressing your own feelings.

When considering change the aim should be for a carefully planned transition. For some it maybe to a new retirement life; for others from redundancy to becoming an entrepreneur or from volunteering to setting up  a charity or not for profit venture.  Whatever  you feel called to do, you will not be directed, simply listened and helped to explore your options. We look forward to welcoming you on a Creative Retreat.
